Since beginning nursing school in the 1990s, I’ve been deeply passionate about health and wellness. After several years of working in the hospital, I grew disillusioned with the focus on "sick" care and felt compelled to help people achieve health and wellness before they reached the hospital. This journey eventually led me to my yoga mat, where I discovered a profound sense of peace and wholeness I had never experienced before. My yoga journey began with Baron Baptiste, and has since included training with renowned teachers like Jonny Kest, Shiva Rea, Dolly Stavros, and others.
After navigating my own menopausal journey, I felt a strong calling to support other women struggling through midlife. Combining my nursing background with my passion for health and longevity, I became a health coach with a focus on midlife women. Although the majority of my clients are midlife women, I have clients who are also experiencing PCOS, endometriosis, infertility and men’s health issues.
Through my health coaching practice, I guide men and women as they navigate the changes happening in their mind, body, and soul. Together, we address key areas like hormones, sleep, nutrition, supplements, macros, exercise, and more.

I am a nutritionist, holistic wellness advocate, and co-owner of Nutrition World, our family owned health food store and center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I received my formal education of my masters degree at American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, OR. I have built my career centered on promoting health through nutrition, lifestyle, and family-centered wellness practices. I grew up in a health-oriented household where my parents instilled the belief that the body can heal itself with the right nutrients and by avoiding harmful foods. This environment shaped my lifelong philosophy on food and wellness. I have had my own journey with a few challenging health issues over the years that have been eye opening to learn to navigate them in order to then turn around and help others. I am absolutely motivated to live a toxin free lifestyle of food and natural remedies so that I can show up to be the best wife and mama to my 3 little boys. My passion to help others clean up their lifestyle so they can show up with abundant energy towards life is my ultimate passion.

I believe that true intimacy begins within. As a sex coach, I hold space for and guide individuals and couples in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and desires. Through this reconnection, clients are able to release tension, cultivate confidence, and rediscover the pleasure of being fully present.
With a background in yoga, Ayurveda, and somatic exercises, I integrate practices such as breathwork, yoga, somatic therapy, and mindfulness to support deep, meaningful transformation. My approach is rooted in the belief that sexual healing isn’t just about physical intimacy, it’s about emotional and energetic alignment, self-trust, and embracing pleasure without shame.
I offer a compassionate space for exploration, whether you're healing from past experiences, looking to deepen connection, or simply curious about what’s possible when you tune into your body’s wisdom. My goal is to empower you with tools to move beyond blocks and into a more liberated, fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.

For more than 26 years, Christian Oliver has supported people in reconnecting with their bodies through therapeutic massage, movement, nervous system regulation, and breathwork. Her work is deeply informed by focused studies in fascia and neuromuscular therapy, athletics and recovery, autoimmune health, and the intricate relationship between the body and the nervous system.
Christian’s passion for breathwork began in 2017 after experiencing its profound impact firsthand. In 2024, she completed a 9-month Breathwork Certification program, further expanding her ability to guide others into deeper healing, regulation, and self-awareness. She also completed a year-long certification with Deb Dana in Polyvagal Theory in 2022, bringing a compassionate, trauma-informed understanding of the nervous system into her work.
Movement and adventure are central to Christian’s life. She loves lifting weights, running, hiking, cycling, sailing, and paragliding — experiences that continue to deepen her appreciation for the resilience, intelligence, and adaptability of the human body.
At the heart of Christian’s work is a genuine love for people, animals, and the healing process itself. She remains continually inspired by the body’s remarkable ability to heal, regulate, and transform when given the right support, safety, and input.

Katie Braswell is a holistic nutritionist, herbalist, mom of three, and founder of Live Wild Be Well — a women’s health practice rooted in ancestral nutrition and a true root cause approach.
Her work spans the full arc of a woman’s life: preconception, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and everything in between. She’s helped over 500 women feel strong, nourished, and at home in their bodies at every season of life!
Katie came to this work through her own journey — navigating miscarriage, infertility, and the realization that eating less and doing more wasn’t the answer. When she started eating the way women have eaten for generations, with real food, traditional fats, mineral-rich meals, everything shifted. Because of this she’s extremely passionate about helping women reclaim vibrant health.
She holds an MS in Holistic & Functional Nutrition and is a Certified Fertility Specialist, Prenatal Nutrition Specialist (trained under Lily Nichols), Clinical Herbalist, HTMA + Blood Chemistry Certified and is a current Naturopathic Doctor candidate.
