What to Expect
Awaken is a 9 a.m.–9 p.m. women's wellness retreat co-hosted by Kä and Mthr Studio. One full day of yoga, breathwork, expert speakers, human design, hormone health, holistic nutrition, astrology, Soma Sculpt, and shared meals, all designed to reconnect you to your whole self: body, mind, and soul. This is the day you've been waiting to give yourself.

The Schedule

Arrive and get settled. Bring a yoga mat and any props you need for your practice. Also, a journal and something to write with. You’ll want to journal throughout the day to help integrate your experience.

Gather together for introductions and to set intentions. This is a welcoming space and you’ll leave feeling more connected to all who will be gathered there.

What is Your Dharma?
A Power / Vinyasa fusion designed to meet you in full presence, beginning with an opening breath practice and a short meditation to arrive from within. Throughout the sequence, move with steadiness and fluid strength while exploring the class theme of dharma—your purpose as described in the Bhagavad Gita. We’ll link breath to motion, cultivate inner clarity through heat and focus, and close with a slow yin practice to soften, restore, and release. The class ends with reflective guidance, inviting you to carry your purpose off the mat with calm integrity and mindful action.

How to Live with Abundant Energy in a Toxin-Filled World
Toxins are everywhere now. The air. Our water. Our food. Our cosmetics. Our body was beautifully created to detox but what happens when we can't fully detox all of the toxins we are constantly bombarded by? This is when health symptoms begin to occur. Join me to learn about how to lessen our toxin burdens. I’ll give you easy to understand steps on how to clean up a few areas of our life and how this will result in healing! We don't have to run from all toxins, nor do we have to live in fear, but we can learn to make a few conscious choices and steps that can result in abundant energy. This abundant energy will then lead us to live the life of our dreams!

Do Less & Feel More: Using Human Design to Live in Alignment
This interactive experience helps participants understand how their nervous system patterns, energetic blueprint, and conditioning impact the way they move through relationships, work, intimacy, rest, and self-expression. Through a blend of Human Design insight, nervous system awareness, somatic practices, and energy work, participants will leave with practical tools to create more safety, presence, and alignment in everyday life.

True intimacy begins within. In this nourishing yin yoga practice led by Amanda Carmichael of Kä, we'll move through the seven chakras, exploring the energetic foundations of connectionfrom grounding into our bodies and honoring desire, to opening the heart, speaking our truth, and cultivating deeper self-awareness. Through long-held postures, guided reflection, breath, and mindfulness, you'll be invited to soften into a more authentic relationship with yourself, creating space for deeper connection with others.

Body Based Breathwork uses a connected, circular breathing technique that may help quiet the prefrontal cortex, giving the brain and nervous system an opportunity to process old stress, tension, and emotional patterns. Many people describe the experience as an “updating” of the nervous system, often leaving them feeling calmer, more regulated, and able to move through life with a clearer perspective.
This style of breathwork can help release stored tension in the body and may leave participants feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more energized.

Soma Sculpt is a 45-minute somatic movement experience. Set to music and rooted in repetitive, intentional movement patterns, Soma Sculpt blends strength, breathwork, shaking, tapping, release work, and freedom of expression to create a powerful mind-body experience. Designed to help women reconnect with themselves, move stagnant energy, release what no longer serves them, and return home to their bodies, Soma Sculpt is equal parts movement practice, emotional release, and embodied self-discovery.
